I called the store 5 minutes before closing to see if they had a product that I needed for my pool. They did and I told the salesperson that I would be there in 5 minutes, not realizing they were about to close. I hit there a few minutes after 5 and she was so kind that she kept the store open, knowing that I was on my way. Now that is customer service you don’t see anymore. I have never been to this store as it is not in my area but I will make an effort to shop there going forward. Thank you so much!
Pool was green 36 hours before my kids bday party. 19$ in chemicals and Thousands in FREE advice from Carlos and his staff saved the day!! Thank you my friend!! Highly recommend this place, all staff members highly knowledgeable.
