Had the pool winterized today. Carlos and his team really are exceptional. I always know the pool has been safely closed for the winter when they do the work. Thanks again for squeezing me in a little later in the season than normal. Had to keep the pool open longer than normal due to our daughter’s wedding.

Had a leak in the new sand filter that wasn’t caught during the pool opening so Carlos sent Erick back at no charge and he replaced a gasket in the filter which stopped the leak. Great and dependable service as always!
[ Carlos is a great help! I came out with a big win as a very small, private pool cleaner for customers who have saught me out after I chose not to work for another company and fly solo. Upon opening a pool for a customer who tracked me down, his older pump was fried and I wasn't sure I'd have my customer opened on opening day. I had a very frustrating experience with Carlos Swim and Spa. Unfortunately, there were multiple issues with communication and reliability throughout the process. On two separate occasions, they were to come out and I waited for them to arrive, but they were no-shows with no phone call or text to advise that they would not be coming. This resulted in two wasted days of waiting. When they did eventually attend, they forgot to follow up with a promised quote and confirmation on whether the furnace would fit in our shed.
