Friendly Staff,great facilities
I’m a mum of two little ones - a 16 month old and a 4.5 month old. I’d been wanting to take my older daughter to swimming lessons but didn’t know how I could do it with both. I reached out to swim 2 me to enquire about lessons, I explained my situation, and Katrina went above and beyond, she invited me to bring my baby along and offered to mind her while I took my older child into the pool. A great place to bring your kids ... the staff there are fantastic.
I am appalled. After attending here for some time with my 2 boys (6 & 3), I today made the decision to remove them instantly from this service. The swimming instructor today sternly told the class she would "cut their legs off" if they stopped kicking. Then, at a later moment, in a very serious manner, said to my 3 yr old she would "cut his head off". How on this earth could you possibly think that is an appropriate way to speak to young children?
