Highly recommend Swim inc for their amazing attention to customer satisfaction. We built our new pool several years ago with them and had an excellent experience with high quality work. Now years later, they quickly responded to my request to repair some coping work due to the extreme (for NC) winter weather. SWIM installed our inground pool last year, but we recently discovered that our pool lights had stopped working. I contacted Magan Graves at SWIM and told her about our problem. She immediately contacted Austin Woodson, also of SWIM. Austin, who is Jandy certified, volunteered to come to our house on his day off and fix our light issue. Austin arrived as scheduled and found the problem right away. Our lights are working again. I can't thank Magan and Austin enough for their quick response, courteous service and expertise.
Great quality design, pools and customer service. Magan was wonderful helping me get some titles replaced years after my pool was built and the team did a great job making it look like new.
We had a fantastic experience with Swim as our pool builder. They were on time, on budget, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Communication was clear and consistent, and when an unexpected issue came up, Brett and the team handled it quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!
