At first when I signed up with this company I thought everything was going great. I was able to get in touch with someone and at first he sounded like he understood where I was coming from. Then to be straight rude to the fact that he told me if I do not want to continue with them I can sign up with someone else. Yeah I'm not sure what's going on I've been in this lawsuit with Bank of America since like 2019 or something....
