I came on Saturday and this was definitely the worst costumer service I’ve ever seen in my life! It was SO chaotic! The girls up front were arguing and fighting in front of all the costumers, people leaving costumers waiting to order while they went to the bathroom with 20 people inside waiting…. This location is just a bunch of rowdy teenagers, the store is sticky and smells. The front counter girl is very dismissive and rude. Had to wait 5 minutes because it was more important for her to talk to her friend who was in the drive through.
I’ve been to this location a couple times, to include bringing my two kids. It seems there are a lot of issues with wait times, service, drinks made incorrectly or them not ever having certain things. I personally have never had these issues, but I also stick to a fairly consistent type of drink. The location is regularly very busy, with a long drive thru line which is why I always go inside to order. Staff has always been pleasant with me and I enjoy their drinks!
