Love Swig! The employees are all sweet and helpful. Lily is fantastic (Gilbert location)
Don’t bother going if you are person of color. They ignore and delayed orders. Made it wrong after 30 mins. Busy chit chatting with their friends. Accused us of not ordering when we did. They were extremely entitled and racist.
The staff at Swig are always polite and cheerful and welcome you with a smile. There’s always a long line but they run it so smoothly and never feel like I’m waiting too long.
We love Swig. The customer service is wonderful and my teenagers love everything they have on the menu.
I’m happy there isn’t a swig closer to my house because I’m addicted! I would love to be a franchisee. I’ve reached out but haven’t heard back.
