Slow and rude. Order was supposed to be ready 5 minutes before I arrived. Went to the mobile pickup and my drink was there but several people walked past me without acknowledging me. I decided to grab my drink and the cashier snapped at me. She then acted like those weren’t my drinks even tho I saw the order on both. She then wasted my time for 10 minutes while they remade drinks that didn’t need to be remade.
I got there once it turned 7 which was one they closed and while there were still people in the driveway they refused to give me my drink. Bad service.
Great drinks as always, but please take better care of your employees. These girls are standing outside taking orders in 105° dry heat with no fan, no misters, nothing. It’s Arizona, you know better.
I was literally 40 minutes late to pick up my drink bc I had an emergency, and the remade it so it would be good ! 🫶🫶 Live the employees, also the guy serving me was like super cute so that’s a plus
