I had a deeply disappointing experience here for an oil change. During the service, they accidentally spilled oil on my BMW’s alternator, causing significant damage. The repair cost me $900. Although they contacted the certified mechanic through phone and he confirmed it , but they have since been demanding excessive documentation and justification, what test was done bla bla bla … Its dead alternate what else needed It is just making the situation more complicated and frustrating so you fade up and go away.
