Don't hesitate to use this company. I had shades that probably had not been cleaned in decades. They also had to be reinstalled after sliding doors were replaced. Swifty's was professional and friendly, from the front office (Laurie) to the installer (Dustin) who did a great job on all the blinds. Response was quick - when they had not received an email from me about a decision regarding one blind, they called to follow-up. I had a couple Hunter Douglas LiteRise shades fail...I brought them to Swifty and they were able to fix them in a day. Very friendly, reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with.
Swifty blinds did an absolute excellent job cleaning my wooden blinds! So impressed with the quality of their work and their professionalism. I will definitely be using them again. So happy I found this wonderful family owned business.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Swifty was nothing short of a disaster. I needed a simple clutch replacement and even sent photos in advance so they’d know exactly what was required. Yet, when they arrived, they didn’t have the right part. Instead of rescheduling with the correct piece, they installed an undersized clutch, assuring me it would “get the job done.” Spoiler: it didn’t.
