I am a designer with 54 years experience and my wife and l went to choose some tiles for our bathroom. My wife said to the salesperson "l will let my husband choose". The sales person answered "that could be a bad idea" which l thought was uncalled for. I know some husbands cop that sort of comment but from a salesperson, it's not needed.
