Haley is an amazing instructor for the Spin Fusion 50/50! As a first-timer, I was a little nervous, but she made me feel so comfortable and encouraged the entire time. She’s super knowledgeable and really focused on pushing ourselves but also listening to our own bodies. I never felt awkward for needing to modify (shoutout to knee push-ups!), and I actually had fun—who knew spin could be like that?! Can’t wait to take more of her classes! I recently became old enough to be able to utilize “Silver Sneakers” at our local Fitness center/gym. In the last week I’ve been to 4 different group classes. And all I can say is WOW! The classes, the teachers/instructors, the butt kicking workouts, amazing. I am 100% grateful and 200% sore. I was so apprehensive and afraid of the workouts but am so glad I have gotten over that and am really excited about getting less sore and more strong!
Good gym. Has everything you need to get healthy.Classes are fun with a nice variety to choose from.
