I recently became old enough to be able to utilize “Silver Sneakers” at our local Fitness center/gym. In the last week I’ve been to 4 different group classes. And all I can say is WOW! The classes, the teachers/instructors, the butt kicking workouts, amazing. I am 100% grateful and 200% sore. I was so apprehensive and afraid of the workouts but am so glad I have gotten over that and am really excited about getting less sore and more strong!
Good gym. Has everything you need to get healthy.Classes are fun with a nice variety to choose from.

If you're in the Cle Elum Roslyn area great place to get a workout no pickleball unfortunately but the staff is very cool personal trainers are great. Especially Alli Davidson
