Managment is benign. Production is stagnant. The company culture is to lie and blame it on the other guy. You won’t get paid well and will be put in the cheapest man camp they can find
One of the most important roles of this company is the Drivers, they are the heart of the company but sadly this company doesn’t appreciate that. The Manager for the the CDL department of this company won’t and will never appreciate a driver always against them always treating them with lack of respect and lack of professionalism. The sad part is that he has a great team of drivers but doesn’t know how to lead them he has full support of HR which covers all his mistakes and illegal stuff he does to drivers.
