I went by on Sunday for a wash. Had no idea that they had gone to an App only. The charge card slot was not blocked off and there was no sign to indicate this so I placed my card into the slot and it just fell inside. There was no one in the office. Went back by today after setting up the app and it was closed at 2 pm. So….believe I am done with Swiftwater. The good news is that GoWash is nearby and did a great job.

I'm not one to post reviews or complain online but hey, no returned phone calls ever. First off this place used to be fine it's just going down hill and doesn't seem to be maintained properly. The triple foam has been out for over a week now for starters. The wands leak all over you and they're dirty looks like they've never been cleaned. The high pressure rinse isn't working properly, just keeps pumping out what I assume is soap. Clear coat protection is out maybe half of the time. Used the car wash and was forced to use their app to pay. After the wash I checked my car and the backside was still dirty. Then to make things worse somehow I ended paying twice on the app for same wash one for 14$ and another for 13$. Interestingly the app only shows one charge for that day but my card transactions lists 2 charges.

WHAT HAPPENED to this car wash? Had to change my review after the last two visits. No credit card in auto wash. Broken equipment in most wash bays. My brush spit out watered down soap and the rinse gun never stopped distributing soap. Triple foam conditioner only blew air and turbo dry gun broken and useless. So disappointed.

I pay 40 + for subscription automatic wash but never works at any location I visit . Fixx your ishhh
