Don’t do it. The property manager is horrible there is no privacy in the property. The owner overlooked the complaints.
Awful experience. Lived there for nearly 4 years. There’s no yearly inspections. you’ll be blamed for their appliances breaking. The way I was spoken to was also not professional. Not even to be petty, but I would not move here or have a loved one here.
There is no landscaping. Atleast put up hedgages, flowers or something. The entrance needs to be paved and clearly identified with a sign. These things can make a big difference for the complex and route 611. Other than that it looks like a nice place to live.
