Been here for 3 months my stove broke 1 month ago. It's still broke. Management ignores you. There are residents here that want to get out of there lease.That's how bad it is. Do yourself a favor and don't rent a property from pennrose. I had to call the board of health and the attorney general's office to get them to help me. Once they cut that ribbon to open a new property the residents are on their own.
My Husband and I just moved here and we Love It here.The Staff in the office are Amazing, and so is Maintenance.Very nice people here and the Apartments are Beautiful. So glad we moved here.
