Not worth it.
Do not rent from this company. i rented the car for 8 days a few weeks ago. Originally had no issues with the vehicle. After i rated the company on turo they submitted photos of sand in the cup holder and accused me of smoking in the vehicle. I serve active duty in the military and i’m under 21. I haven’t smoked a day in my life. After messaging the host they told me there was a smell of weed in the car and proof of “ashes”. I do not recommend you rent from them at all. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. My husband and i rented from this company and after we had rented it and returned it they added a smoking fee to our car days after drop off. Neither of us have smoked a day in our life and were not the age to smoke. I highly recommend you find a better rental company to rent from then them. They will lie just to get more money out of you !!

Our recent experience with Swiftrentz car rental was a massive letdown. The pick-up was a mess and their communication was really unprofessional. When we got to the lot, the Tesla I booked only had 13% charge left. That meant no AC, which kicks in only above 20%. With the car feeling like an oven at over 102°F and being new to the city, we had to scramble to find a supercharger nearby.
