I called last week spoke to this lady tell her what I’ll like to do and what I know. She state y would I want to send it to Florida warehouse when I can get the package to me in Brooklyn and bring it never once she informed me that the package have to be in a box. I know people receive the package at the destination in the original packaging so y didn’t she just give me that information since I called about that. I would not recommend Swift Pac! I have attempted to be very patient and understanding of them to no avail. I shipped a package with Swift Pac almost a month and a half ago, and for reasons beyond my understanding, it was sent to Castries as opposed to Vieux Fort. This is very upsetting because in all my paperwork, I ensured that Vieux Fort was the port of choice. Today, 12/12 , my mom went to clear the box only to learn that it was misplaced.
