I would not recommend Swift Pac! I have attempted to be very patient and understanding of them to no avail. I shipped a package with Swift Pac almost a month and a half ago, and for reasons beyond my understanding, it was sent to Castries as opposed to Vieux Fort. This is very upsetting because in all my paperwork, I ensured that Vieux Fort was the port of choice. Today, 12/12 , my mom went to clear the box only to learn that it was misplaced. Had to pack our own things and the guy on the computer took stupid long to do whatever the hell he was doing after we were finished and we had to fill out a sheet?! What more do y’all want damn?! Never coming back here.
