I used this business in my home for over a year and half for routine cleanings and deep cleanings. Most of that time I had adequate cleanings of my home. Occasionally I would find something not cleaned thoroughly and the owner would apologize and try and remedy the problem. The last time I had a routine cleaning I came home to dog hair in my stairwell, kids breakfast drippings (crumbs and milk) under the breakfast table, dog hair, dirt and crumbs all over my living room. Melissa and the swiftly swept away crew members have been cleaning for us for over a year now and we have been incredibly satisfied. They always seem to exceed our expectations and leave our house smelling wonderful. They have even been exceedingly accommodating whenever we have needed to shift our cleanings due to life events and we are truly thankful for the extra time they are able to provide us to spend with our family. Would recommend them to anybody searching for additional home assistance!
Horrible service. Had to hire someone else to re clean bc they didn’t clean it good enough. Mind you I CLEANED before they even came, and it was still not cleaned the right way . They didn’t move anything around. They didn’t sweep under the mats, behind toiled or under toilet.
Melissa and her team are phenomenal! I’ve been a customer of hers for many years now and they do such a fabulous job. We have an indoor dog which means a good amount of dog hair but everytime they come to clean, my house ends up spotless. Highly recommend them for routine and deep cleans!
This company did a move out clean for my house I sold! They did an incredible job, especially with the details of the bathrooms! It smelled so good when we walked in after and Melissa and her team were very professional to work with and also accommodated the time of day I needed for the clean! I would highly recommend this company for any type of cleaning you need done!
