Big thanks to Sam and the team! They always go above and beyond making sure that as soon as I arrive all my parts are loaded and if I need something special they will track it down and post it to me. Iv bought lots of axles and parts of them over the years and always fantastic quality and really good welding. Can’t recommend these guys enough.
Thanks very much Sam and the team at Swiftco trailers. Friendly fast efficient and great quality solid built trailer with great running gear. My 5.7m plate boat tows great now. They even fit the boat to the trailer onsite in their shed which no one else does for a boat that size. The price also is very good.
We needed an emergency repair to our caravan chassis for a safety certificate. Sam and her team dropped everything to fit me in and did a brilliant job rectifying an issue inside 24 hours. The workmanship was absolutely A1, and I cannot recommend these guys more highly. Many thanks again Sam.
Extremely poor quality trailer. Purchased new from Gold Coast Swiftco, but was quickly disappointed in lack of quality, sharp edging and ramps not suitable. Trailer came apart on Hwy, very dangerous situation. Bolts loose, poor workmanship it would appear. Spoke with husband & wife duo owners at the time. Both extremely rude and not interested in my complaint. Reluctantly, they fixed some aspects but absolutely terrible to deal with. Worst quality 10m trailer ever made by Swiftco , every part has rusted through the galvanizing , all the bolts and screws they use are not stainless or gal and all rusted , breaks are cheap and nasty . Never ever buy a trailer off Swiftco trailers australia !
