Worst quality 10m trailer ever made by Swiftco , every part has rusted through the galvanizing , all the bolts and screws they use are not stainless or gal and all rusted , breaks are cheap and nasty . Never ever buy a trailer off Swiftco trailers australia !
Cannot rate these guys high enough, Rusty and the Team at Swiftco helped me out quick as a flash when my old trailer had the ghost the day it needed transport interstate. Swiftco looked up my boat specs and recommended the perfect trailer for my needs taking into account the ATM needed to make it safe which hadn't been done with my previous trailer. Fantastic. Firstly, Marcus and the team met the strict, tight promised delivery date I requested, even though they lost 4 of their floor team to Covid the week before I was due to pick the trailer up. Marcus at Swiftco Trailers thank you for the way in which you and your "boys" repaired the snapped cable on my power winch.I had endeavoured to have it repaired locally at Tweed Heads but to no avail so I took it some distance to Molendinar. The fact that you did the job gratis is one thing I appreciated but the fact that you said....to quote.".We are here to help people with a problem " is definitely more important.
