Very rude staff tonight. Wouldn't provide his name, wouldn't attend to the inquiry, wouldn't answer the question, wouldn't acknowledge what happened wasn't right, extremely disappointed. Very loyal customer and really shocked!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Swift Wash in Crystal Lake really lives up to the “swift” part—except for one thing. Everything is spotless: the vacuums suck in a good way, the car wash is smooth and shiny, and my car leaves feeling like it just got back from a spa weekend. BUT… I have a monthly pass. I’m supposed to glide through like royalty. Instead, I’m hanging halfway out my window like I’m trying to order fries at a drive-thru in 2003, just to tap “no thanks” on the upgrade prompt.
