Great experience overall. The wash didn’t fully remove some bug splatter on the front of my SUV, but the team handled it really well. The employee at the entrance gate was very friendly and helpful, and Drake, the manager, went above and beyond by personally making sure everything was taken care of and cleaning a few stubborn remaining spots himself. Really appreciated the excellent customer service from Drake and the team!
Best car wash in Crystal Lake! The staff is congenial and helpful. This place continually provides me a great experience as a consumer.
The staff was friendly. Prices were ok. Problem is I had to sit and scrub my truck after the wash. Didn't even care to vacuum after I scrubbed the bottom half of every inch. Not a single bug came off in the wash. It looked terrible. Wish I would have taken photos. It's not like I go off roading either. I drive from Lake Geneva to McHenry for work. Occasionally come out to Crystal Lake to shop after work. That is all.
Hands down the best car wash in town with the friendliest staff and reasonable prices!
