We needed a non-emergency transport for my friend to a medical appointment to which I would accompany my friend of 50 plus years. I was very impressed by the reviews. I have to say I was blown out of the water by Omar and Steve. They were caring, attentive to detail, kind, courteous, professional. We needed non-emergency transport to ER. I tried the big companies and they were too busy, went to voicemail or I was out of their service area. I called Swift Valley and this small business went above and beyond. Best experience ever!!! When ER made us wait, they stayed with us, kept my husband on their gurney and remained calm and helpful every step of the way.

Omar and Steve have helped us today. It is our second time this year using their services. They are amazing gentlemen! They are exceptionally caring, kind, efficient people. My husband had two medical appointments today. They made sure that my husband was comfortable and safe throughout. It’s very important and means a lot to me how they went above and beyond to help us.
