I had a very disappointing experience at Swift Urgent Care on Professional Circle in Reno. We walked into the clinic because my son suddenly could not put weight on his right leg. There was no injury or accident. We waited for about three hours before being seen by a practitioner. Unfortunately, from the beginning, the practitioner told us that legs were not his area of expertise and that he was not sure about my son's concern. I have no idea if their surgeons are any good. But I can tell you that it's impossible to reach a human being when calling them without playing games with their ridiculous automated "operator" that will not give you a human no matter how hard you try. What's even better is when they call you, they won't call you with a human. THEY ALSO CALL WITH A COMPUTER. It is insulting and disrespectful to have to deal with this level of BS. I won't play those games. GIve me a human or drop dead.

Bruce was patient and compassionate with my son. Vic and Ruben were so empathetic and kind. Bruce followed up and really gave us his time and answered all questions. Highly recommend.

They refused to go to the clinic because i couldn't communicate well. Even though I had a kid to help me translate. Even though I think I can use Google Translator. I'm very disappointed. My kids a 11years old and she went to school in the U.S. for 7 years, so she has no communication problems. This is a place where you must go with an adult who can speak English. Visiting due to back pain : 8/20/2024 around 2:30pm Visit Renown due to refuse patients.
