Well it seems like your front resceptionist Celina is very unprofesional acts very snoty and does not provide a compasionate service that the patients need hopfully she changes that BUT NIKKI HANNON,pac is awsome very nice and proffesional she so great in what she does that why im giving 4 stars but celina needs to work on her customer service
Lack of information, does not accept all insurance but is ok to be referred with insurance? The front desk is ride all the time.
Very professional and caring staff, PA's, and surgeons
By far the best urgent care experience I have ever had. I saw Candy and she is absolutely amazing. The only downside to swift institute is that it is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone.
