Nice terminal very clean bathroom and shower the whole facility is clean. The staff is family oriented and fair parking here not hard to get into and out of parking spaces. The terminal is not too far from Love's Truck stop which have a McDonald's
The two shop techs I interacted with here were very rude to me when I was trying to check my truck in for a very simple issue (ie. my GeoTablet wasn’t charging). One of them ignored me after being rudely directed to the front desk, and then the next tech walks to the front desk redirecting me to himself, rudely saying ‘you’re not supposed to be talking to him, you’re here for me.’ I haven’t had an all around good experience at any of the terminals I’ve been to, but I’ve never been treated this badly.
