Great place to park over night as long as you work for the company itself. The showers are clean, the lounge is comfortable, the staff that work here are rather helpful and will always do their best to get you where you are going.
Top-notch terminal experience in Troutdale! The Troutdale terminal is hands down the best! Everyone—from the office staff to the shop crew—is always friendly and helpful. The recent remodel of the driver areas is a huge plus. There are four washers and dryers, a gym, four showers, and separate restrooms for men and women. The lounge has a warm, cozy feel with all the essentials: a cantina, ice and water dispenser, and even a gaming area. It’s a great place to relax, reset, and feel taken care of on the road.
The shops mechanics are very helpful
This is a very nice terminal. The showers are a decent size, they are clean and the water temperature is great. The shower rooms are unisex and they have fans in there too. The water pressure is okay. There is plenty of frozen food to choose from in the drivers lounge and a decent selection of drinks as well. The drivers lounge also has coffee available for the drivers, which is nice because at some of the other swift terminal you have to pay for coffee but you don’t have to pay for coffee here.
