Just started working here. Communication is not very good. Driver services at Swift terminals are shameful. Restrooms are falling apart and showers are nasty. Watched janitor cleaning without any disinfectant. Maintenance at facilities is done by inexperienced people or people who just don t care. Am not very impressed so far. Looks like a company that will be sold soon. No money going back into the facilities.
