I would not recommend Swift. Nathan Bootsma (owner) will talk down to anyone who he thinks is unimportant and then the apology when he realized who he was talking to was "Sorry, I didn't know your position with the company". Completely unprofessional - you shouldn't treat my employees any different than you treat me. It was especially "funny" because I had been in multiple video calls with him prior to meeting him in person. First I would like to say im not the person to complain but I so annoyed frustrated. I hired this company to install access control system. Unfortunately, it has been a very frustrating experience. They’ve had to come out multiple times for service, yet the system still isn’t working properly. It’s nearly impossible to get a hold of them when you need support, and when you do, they keep delaying appointments.
