We are so happy with the work that Colton and Swift Run Renovations did for us! We did an addition to include a screened in porch and expanded primary bathroom and closets. Colton walked us through every step of the process and helped us with a design that exceeded our expectations. The quality of work was exceptional and he maintained great communication throughout the project. We will definitely work with Colton again on a future project.
Colton and his team did an awesome job on finishing our townhouse basement/husband’s man cave. This was our first home Reno project and Colton made sure to handle every detail for us. From county permitting, to design suggestions, he made sure the vision was executed to our liking and followed up on any detailed requests. We’re super excited to put this new space to use. Colton and his team do a great job from start to finish and always seem one step ahead of things. He is a master multi-tasker and has great subs that perform high quality work. I have had many GCs over the years in many states and he is the best. A man of high integrity and patience.
