Swift Roofing is top notch. A year ago they repaired a corner of my porch's roof that was leaking and needed structual repair. They did such an excellent job I had them replaced my entire roof and gutters this year. It's not a fun expense but such an important one for a house. This is the final update on my new roof leak from Swift Exteriors in Butler, WI. On 10/14/24, a man named Eric from Swift Exteriors called and said he'd be at my house on 10/16/24 at 1:00 PM. He arrived on time. Within 20 minutes, he pinpointed the leak. Turns out there's a cracked cast iron plumbing vent pipe. I'm not sure if they should have put a new lead cover and boot over a cracked pipe. It proved it wasn't the quality of the roof they installed. Just something else to deal with. Thank you, Gary."
The owner Paulino came out to give a roof quote. The initial interaction was fine. After the initial visit, it was all empty promises. A date was agreed upon for Paulino to pick up the deposit, that was missed, rescheduled, and missed again. I had to reach out numerous times to ask when we were going to get started, each time I was given a date and then it was ignored. I value my time and I don't have patience for this kind of behavior. Invest your time elsewhere.
