They are terrible organization. I signed a contract with them and paid a deposit, however on the day the work was scheduled to start the contractors never showed up. It took me several hours to get in contact with someone from the office. They rescheduled the work for a couple days later. However, the work was never done as contractors never showed up. I contacted Swift Exteriors after consulting with my neighbors who used them (& were very happy with their work on their 100+ year old house). Paulino came out & gave me an estimate that fit in my budget. My dog, who doesn’t like strangers, sidled right up to Paulino and pawed for more pets. Called Swift Exteriors for a quote on our garage roof. They were able to come out the next day and gave us a reasonable price. Excellent communication and very professional! They told us they would start at 8 a.m. and would be finished by noon. They were in and out of there in that time and had everything cleaned up as well. Thank you Swift Exteriors!
Had some shingles get torn off our roof with a recent wind storm and these guys were out within 48 hours and not only replaced the missing shingles but also glued down some others that were slightly loose. Their price was very reasonable.
5 YEARS LATER follow-up (2026): Now the OTHER side of our roof had shingles blow off and then it started to leak. Swift cam by and patched it all up in an hour!
