I used the self-service bay to wash a smallish car and was not impressed with the force of the water out of the wand, the cost for a few minutes, and the fact that the car was left with water spots. They do make water softeners to handle this but this car wash obviously does not utilize them. For $6 i was just barely able to give the car a quick clean, if i had to get it relatively clean it would've been at least another $6. It’s fine. 3.5 stars. Would prob be fine if I went through twice but that’d be a lot of money tbh. Did the touchless wash tonight, the $15 package that included an underbody wash. I had a big ask for this wash tonight, as I had to get my car winched out from mud I got stuck in. Prior to getting stuck I’d gotten the car washed elsewhere, so the mud was the only thing I was concerned about (sides and underbody). I really hate to complain, but this is the 4th separate time I’ve given this car wash a try and my car never gets cleaned properly. Today I paid for the $20 soft-touch wash and there is still dirt and grime all over my car. There were no dry towels left in the dispenser outside so I had to drive home without wiping the remaining dirt, water and soap off of my car. Paid $17 for the supreme wash and left with spots all over my car. Didn’t get any of the dirt off and now left me with more of a mess to get off my car. Never going back here!!

Clearly The owner has customer service in mind. Clean , always !! Lighting is good. Price is in line. Soaps are better quality than most others. Pleasant visit always! Thank you Owner !
