Rude, not understanding and arrogant. Also lie to cover their own rear on their own mess up. Needless to say I have nothing nice to say about this practice with the exception of Dr Booth and Dr Noble. When you've been a loyal patient for almost 10 years and the past year experienced hardships, and they treat you like dirt, you're not going to be nice.
