Imagine moving to another country and trying to get help and the person that answers the phone is the rudest most impatient person alive well you don’t have to imagine it because that’s how this practice just treated my wife. 1.9 stars is complementing them
I will be finding a new PCP after my experience today. My doctor has been great, but unfortunately that is overshadowed by the terrible staff and customer service. My pharmacy sent in a refill request for my prescription several days before I needed it and it was not filled until I called the office three separate times, even though their answering machine specifically says to request refills through the pharmacy.
