Woke up to my child being sick this morning at 7:00AM, which couldn't have been predicted, and while canceling my appointment at this office for 3:15PM later today it is explained to me cancelling would be considered a "no call no show". You say not to come in with flu-like symptoms and yet you penalized me. That was the last phone call I ever make to Swift River Family Intolerance Medicine. I'll take my children elsewhere.
Only giving two stars because of one specific doctor who is awful, and makes you wait forever to be seen. Most of the other doctors and nurses here are amazing.
Fully earned their 2 stars. This place will take a week to send an rx in. They don't care if your inhailors are empty. They really want you in the ER first.
The staff is helpful and understanding. people have realize it's a gift of compassion to work in this field.
