Fully earned their 2 stars. This place will take a week to send an rx in. They don't care if your inhailors are empty. They really want you in the ER first.
The staff is helpful and understanding. people have realize it's a gift of compassion to work in this field.
Calling dhs for rescheduling 2 apts is really ridiculous! Safe to say I will now be taking my kids to another DR because I am a busy full time working single mom of 4 kids and had to reschedule so I could get my car out of the garage it was at for 8 months and I felt that was more important considering I haven't had a vehicle for years & it's been hard for me to even get to apts let alone get to work everyday! This place is really understanding though as they stated in the letter they sent me.
This practice is nothing more than a place to get more unnecessary medication. My mother was a patient at this practice and was over prescribed medication every time she went there. I personally went to her appointments as much as I could and expressed my concerns. Doctor DeLuca didn’t listen or take it seriously at all. She died from a liver disease that should have been detected years ago. When we took her to the ER on deaths door we were told she had only a few months to live. Been waiting for 2 days to get a diagnosis.They already have it there but refuse to tell me or get me an antibiotic..I'm not looking for drugs or painkillers just looking to know whats up..This is bull no wonder they're called THE BANDAID STATION
