My partner went there for several years. Then Her pcp dumped her for higher paying insurance, then the practice dumped her for needing pain meds for fibromialgia and diabetic neuropathy, to avoid the pain meds liability. They labeled us as drug seekers, just for asking for pain treatment, and then when we complained, they put our phone number on lists for NA and AA, so people would call us up thinking we were drunks and druggies having meetings, just to rub it in!! I wouldn't take a goldfish there for swimming lessons!!!
After over having been at the same facility for over 25 years, we we're pleasantly surprised at the service our kids received while at the Doctor's. The knowledge an professionalism was above what we had been used to, an the timely manner at which our appointments were kept was a welcomed change. It was like a breath of fresh air! Thanks for restoring our faith in the medical field DR Duquette, once again we believe that we are not just a number, but that they care about our kids.
Dr. Larenzo, termainated me from his practice with disregard to my side of a very serious issue. He doesn`t listen to his patients only to what his staff says
I have had horrible experiences with this hospital. I have been misdiagnosed on one ocassion that another hospital said could have caused me my life. I went to the ER today on a repeat visit for a dental issue that was aggravated by their actions. The ER doctor on call was very unprofessional and rude. He actually rolled his eyes at me and walked out of the room. i have asked around and have found out that the locals avoid this hospital like the plague.
