CrossFit is my happy place and this is because of the coaches and camaraderie. They make fitness fun for me.
As a drop in Swift River had a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Coach Tamara was great. I would highly reccomend trying out a class there whether as a drop in or becoming a member. The facility is beautiful.

Class has honestly been the thing getting me through the past couple days. I found myself looking forward to it today at work, just knowing I’d get to be there and get out of my head for a few minutes. I’m most in awe of how comfortable I feel in a gym I’d never of dreamt I would be! I know it’s a CrossFit model to be welcoming but I think you all blow it out of the park! Within a couple sessions folks were saying hello using my name! Tam, specifically has been kind and encouraging in all my sessions with her, but even in classes she wasn’t running has supported me which I find very endearing.
