On my way to work in the morning was tailgated by one of these vans even though I was going 5 over. They attempted to pass on the right on a residential street until they noticed a truck parked and had to back off. I couldn't even see their headlights even though I drive a wagon, so they were easily only 6-8 feet behind me.

I am appalled that The Mayo Clinic works with this company to provide transportation to sick and elderly patients. I wouldn't ever trust this company again to take care of my loved one. My father who just had two surgeries and just leaving hospital very weak asked the driver to turn up the air in the van, and they wouldn't even acknowledge that my father was speaking. Wow, I'm not hating on the others but this company has been early 3 days in a row to get me. I haven't been late to any appointments AND they're totally professional. Shout out Yusuf my first ride! 🙌

This was always my 2nd choice for transportation needs, but in the last 7 months, it has become my #1 choice. At times there is a bit of a language communication problem with certain drivers, but overall, they do a great job. I actually use their service through U-Care, however there have been times that I've needed a last minute ride. Swift was right there to accommodate me...fast, fair priced, & on time.
