I went to Mark over a year ago and I was almost 300lbs and could barely bench the bar. mark told me how to eat right how to properly lift and showed me a work ethic I didn’t know I had. I am now 205lbs and feel and look so much better

Started working out over a year ago! Mark is amazing at his job and shows he really cares about making a change in a persons life, both mentally and physically. I have a love hate relationship with workouts that he creates that make me rethink all my life choices lol.
