We had a sewer back up with black water in our basement. With this being our first home, we had no idea what to do or where to start. After googling the process and speaking with our plumbers (who stated we needed a restoration company to clean up the water, and other gross items), we looked around for a restoration company that had a good rep on the BBB, yelp, fb, and google. We had two guys from Swift come to our house and do an HVAC cleaning earlier this week. From the moment they knocked on our front door to the moment they left, they were nothing but kind & personable. They explained what they were doing, talked through the process & even went out of their way to work around our kids. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of work done on their home! We had Swift Restoration come in and clean the carpet at K2 Collision. Austin and Joey were very thorough and got all the grease stains out. They moved the furniture out of the way and moved it back when they were finished. The office looked and smelled great!
