Their team removed the damaged subfloor and insulation, addressed the mold concerns, installed new insulation, rebuilt the subfloor, patched drywall as needed, installed new tile, and reattached our vanity. I seriously can not say enough good things about Austin and his team. Came home from work to my whole house completely flooded from a pipe bursting, Austin and his team were there immediately, got straight to work but not only that, he reassured me that everything was going to be ok. Even days after, Austin answered all of my question promptly and continued to reassure me in a very stressful situation. I would 100% recommend Austin and his team! Thank you Swift for everything you guys did!!!!
Austin and his team were a pleasure to work with. Our fully finished basement got some water after our sump pump failed during a storm, and they were over to help us within an hour of our call. They quickly assessed the problem and damage and did a good job trying to save what trim they could and removing only what was needed. We appreciated being so careful and swift help. We would be happy to refer them to anyone.
