Brian was right on time for the appointment to inspect our home and crawl space for mold and possible water damage. The work he did was thorough--he checked all over. He even provided pictures from under the house to show what he found. He was very patient with my questions and I felt very reassured when he left. We will definitely call Swift Response Restoration again if anything else comes up.
Brian took time to explain the procedure and worked well with our insurance. Work was done on time and to our satisfaction. All workers were very pleasant and professional. They made a difficult situation bearable. We would highly recommend Swift Response.
