They completely rebuilt my 1934 house from the foundation up .. thier work surpassed my expectations.. thier billing is questionable.. but thier work is top notch .. I highly recommend .. every inspection passed first time what more could you ask for.
We are still having problems with Swift Property Services from a beginning date of a project beginning in June of 2022. Swift is refusing to follow through with the warranty work, and when our home did not pass inspection they told us they would fix it at our cost plus their 20% fee. We were told in no uncertain terms repeatedly they would bring things up to code at their expense should something not pass.
