A Sunday appointment. Took me early and went very smoothly. I appreciated the headphones with music.
Very easy to make and/or change appointments.The front desk staff is super friendly. The staff that takes you back and does the x-rays or MRIs is always very friendly and very helpful. I've always felt very comfortable coming here.
Nick and Danielle were awesome to infinity today. I am extremely claustrophobic and they were so patient, understanding and kind to me today. They did not rush me, asked me several times how I was doing and made me feel safe! Kudos to these two staff members at Swift Rancharrah MRI.
Great MRI experience. My appointment was on time and staff was very pleasant.
