They don’t have the final numbers until three hours before closing, leaving me no choice but to close with a number that was completely different from what was promised. Absolute disaster! Per the owner reply that I got the wrong Swift Mortgage company. I need to confirm that I’m reviewing the right company. Based on the owner's response, Swift is blatantly refusing to take responsibility, making the home loan process an absolute nightmare.
