Used this guy a year ago. He seemed young and new to the biz so wanted to give him a go. Boy did I regret it. He did a terrible job. Looked like nothing had been done just a brief wipe down nothing more. When I complained and pointed out the number of marks, dust and smudges missed he shrugged and told me if I want more work done I can book in again.(No thanks) Very arrogant attitude and made me feel intimidated and completely ripped off. Not totally happy with clean, no real elbow grease was used to get bug marks off Bonnet car wasn’t wiped down properly and outside black trim not done and inside windows not cleaned Expected more
Thanks for your efforts or lack of them today. All of the below issues were pointed out to you today, Had SWIFT mobile car detailing detail my care today - here is a warning - DO NOT use this guy - I spent $120 on a basic inside detail - he claims to use the best products, No products were used on any surface, just a damp cloth - a lot of flat surfaces were left with dust on them , coffee stains were missed in the console - handprints were on the inside of the front windscreen, so the inside of the windscreen was not touched... read more
Got my car service, they were quick to fit me in and my gosh it looks brand new I don’t even want to drive it it’s perfect.
