My only concern as of recently has been the check-in process. There is a new receptionist and when she isn't missing from the front desk she is rude. A few weeks ago the doctor came to get me from the lobby because he waited for over 15 minutes for her to come check me in but she hadn't returned. Last week she was rude and short. Likes to interrupt like she knows what you're about to say even though she doesn't. I was a patient here for years. Back when it was Spine Nevada. Always positive. Even when I met with a surgeon there. Which was years ago so can’t recall his name unfortunately. My pain doc I see regularly has been great to me as well.
Joseph has a great bedside manner. He truly cares about his patients. He listens to what his patients say. Doesn't. He doesn't rush you through your care plan.
Kim has been awesome with my pain management care. She always listens without bias to my descriptions of current issues and works with me to ensure the best outcome. She is also very responsive to my RX refill requests provided I follow the rules laid out in our pain management contract.
