This business is a joke. Hugh T. McDermott, DM was dismissive and overall unprofessional. Avoid the Swift institute at all cost. I would rate this place lower than one star if possible.

This place is inept. I have come multiple times. The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. From scheduling to the front office staff to the doctors. I even had one of their doctors ask me if he could say he did a procedure when he didn’t actually do it so he could get paid for it. This time they called me and scheduled my appointment for today at 8:15am. It was their only available that wasn’t weeks out so I took it. I had a referral and they don't answer the phone for appointments. After waiting 3 days for a call back I asked for a referral for another provider. The other provider actually had someone that answered the phone and scheduled the appointment. This should be a red flag for anyone considering Swift. Would not want to wait 3 days if I had a need to consult with my doctor.

I have been a patient of Swift, formerly Spine Nevada for almost 5 years. If you can get them to answer the ancillary staff is very friendly ans courteous. Having had painful Trigeminal neuralgia in my face it has been excruciating. When Mallory Cushner NP replaced my provider, I was initially pleased until every appointment I felt more and more quilty for taking narcotic pain medicine.
