Wish I would have read the previous reviews before letting my husband go there for Covid testing. He called for his results and was told to come pick them up. I called back and told them he is too ill to come pick them up. The receptionist suggested I come pick them up, unfortunately, I am recovering from surgery and cannot pick them up. The receptionist offered no solution and when I asked to speak to someone in charge she basically hung up the phone in my face. Still have no idea how my husband is going to get his results.
The staff was friendly and I was seen quickly. However, they lost my urine sample and gave me the run around for almost two weeks. They then tried to tell me it was inconclusive, which was a complete lie as the lady I spoke to earlier said she didnt even see that I did one and no resulsts were back.
RecommendedWent to Swift Health’s new location in Morrow Ga for cold and flu symptoms...In and out under 1hr. Very upscale clinic with friendly and professional staff. My prescriptions were sent electronically to my pharmacy of choice and were ready for pickup when I arrived. Great experience and will definitely recommend to family and friends
I've been twice for my daughter. they were great both times. the wait time yesterday was a little slow but it wasn't a big deal since there was no real emergency. the doctor recommended an allergy test with our visit for and we found out my daughter is allergic to a few things. thank u
This is the most inept clinic I have ever been to!! The nurse practitioner totally ignored what I told her I needed, sent the very thing I told her I had taken to the pharmacy then when I called back they lied & said they had sent it. Finally talked to the office manager who said the NP feels I don't need it!! Wherever you are if you have to come to College Park Georgia DO NOT GO TO SWIFT HEALTH URGENT CARE!!🤬
