I find myself recommending Swifthaven to people in the community that i know are searching for the next chapter for their loved one. Not only am i recommending Swifthaven because i find them near and dear to my heart, but because i can trust that anyone's loved one would be in good hands. The director runs the facility like a family. She let's it be known very clearly what her expectations are of both her staff and residents. Horrible experience with the executive director of the facility. Very rude, disrespectful and doesn't know how to speak to others in a professional manner. Never met someone in a leadership role that storms off into their office and slams the door. This facility needs a new ED!
Everyone there is fantastic, fun, caring people. I wish I could have brought you all to Montana with me.
