Went above and beyond for the parts I ordered. Great company.
Similar experience as the previous posts here, first transaction was awesome; the ones since then have been terrible. Empty promises, won't respond to emails. May have to file a dispute, when this is over I'm done with Swift Forklift. They don't live up to the name.
Much the same as others. I was sent an incorrect part in June 2024. He says he tracked down the correct part and texted a pic to confirm. Said it was in stock ready to ship. But he never shipped it. Tom acts like he's going to help but its all an act. I called once a week for two months asking where the part was. He always was in disbelief that I didn't have it. Today he just flew mad and told me he wasn't doing anymore. He's either a shyster or losing it. Not sure which.
4/29/2024 I made a purchase of a starter from the website and before the part was sent my order was cancelled by Tom Swift because it was not available as shown on the website. The charge was credited back to my card. Tom called us directly and said he would get us the correct, but in fact it did not. He said send it back and we did on Fedex track 272967501422. Confirmed delivery 4/4/24 by A. Carter. Tom will not reply to emails but he will say he is going to provide an invoice and a credit which should be $383.85. We are ju... read more
I needed a difficult to find muffler and radiator hoses for my vintage Nissan forklift. These parts are not readily available but Tom at Swift Forklift Services was not only able to get them, but his customer service, prices and shipping was beyond what I was expecting.
