A mistake going here when we could have gone to a medical centre and be seen much faster and avoided the $356 fee. We had rang the medical centre but assumed swift emergency would allow us to have a quicker visit for our 2 year old - we were wrong and there was no urgency for the care needed. The clinic was clean and modern, and the team acted with real urgency when I arrived. I was seen straight away, and everyone was professional and caring throughout. After having been to hospitals many times in the past, this was a breath of fresh air as I could get fast support and efficient. This service is well worth the fee if you need quick and reliable emergency care.

I visited SWIFT Urgent Care, Rouse Hill, on 17 September 2025 for treatment of a neck abscess. After the procedure, I experienced severe pain, burning, and swelling all night and was unable to sleep. I revisited SWIFT later that evening, but no further treatment was provided. My condition continued to worsen, and at 3:30 am on 18 September 2025, I had to attend Blacktown Hospital Emergency, where the doctors diagnosed a cellulitis infection and repeated the procedure to properly remove the infection and pus.
