Honestly haven’t had such a quick and effective management in urgent situations. The doctors and nurses are a fantastic team with great communication! Going to think of this place for any non life threatening urgent medical situations.
Receptionist who answered the phone was rude and short. I needed a CT scan, she she transferred me to that number, without saying she was going to do, so the equivalent t of hanging up on someone. That line had an AI, that couldn't understand me asking to make an appointment so I hung up and would never bother trying to use them again
Thank you Swift Emergency Rouse Hill. We were so happy with the service we had at this facility knowing we did not have to drive all the way to Westmead for our son who had an anxiety attack at school. All tests were done and we left within 4 hrs. Staff was amazing. Dr was very thorough with his explanations and my son felt much better knowing his tests came back all normal 🙏
