Highly recommend this centre- amazing staff, facilities, nurses and doctors. I went with my child after they had a fall, immediately triaged, imaging taken, seen by doctor and cast put on. In and out in 3 hours. partially bulk billed. And xray totally bulk billed. Discharge letter and specialist letter immediately emailed. Caring for the patients top notch. Free parking in the basement too! We need this centre in our community for sure !!
I visited Swift Emergency Care for an iron infusion, and I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. The staff and GP were very professional, kind, and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I wanted to say a big thanks to the doctors and amazing nurses at this wonderful urgent care in Rouse Hill. I visited 2nd March 2025 with my mother who had fallen face down and had a big cut on her upper lip. We were very worried but were taken care by amazing staff at this practice including lady at reception, nurses practitioner Geetha, Dr Vijay and another nurse. Today, 11th March, my mother, 98 y/old, needed medical treatment, she did have the best professional, caring attention when in there. Facilities are the best, modern, welcoming, ample free parking underneath building. Highly recommended.
This place is absolutely amazing. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The doctors are excellent. The facilities are clean and services super quick. I strongly recommend to anyone. Well worth the money spent.
