Terrible company that was contracted by my home warranty. They tried to diagnose the lighting fixture problem over text without coming to the house to actually determine the problem. Then, Swift Electric wanted to order a part for $300 based off of a text conversation with someone that is not an electrician. An internet search revealed that part could be purchased for $50 or less...if that is even the right part. Who knows? They didn't even come out to the house to determine the problem. Stay far, far away from this company!

I needed to give one star in order to post. Do not do business with this people. They emailed a date for a scheduled visit but did not give me a time, when I called to verify the time frame, they said 9 to 12 AM but did not show up, not even a call. The next day they insisted that I did not have an appointment, and that the email that I had received was merely a request to see if we were available (that was not what the email said. ZERO STARS (I had to put 1 star to post), AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!! They scheduled a service appointment for a week out on a dishwasher. I called and asked it they had anything sooner. The woman said I would be placed on a "will call" for the next day. When I called to see if anyone would be coming, a different girl said she knew nothing about a will call appointment, and put me on hold for FIFTEEN minutes. Very prompt and professional. Assessed our issues quickly, and the repairs were quick, one the parts arrived for our older garage door opener. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
