This guy is awful, he never answers his phone.
This guy is the biggest scoundrel I've ever come across. We purchased a warranty (American Home Shield) through our mortgage, swift electric came out one time only and submitted our request to the warranty company and the warranty company approved our list. We then made an appointment for swift electric to come out, first appointment came and went and he never called or texted so we made appointment which too, came and went he never bothered to call or text 5 times this happened and each time we got an email saying that the ... read more
I rarely write reviews and it's sad I'm writing this one as the guy actually goes to my church but in the decades of owning homes, this was the WORST experience with any hired help I'd ever had. I originally began the process Dec. 4th. They dragged it on and on through the holidays even.. up to Jan. 19th, only scheduled and rescheduled, never did come out yet tried to bill the warranty company as if they did work they didn't do. Warranty company set up appointment for installation of microwave that was being replaced by warranty company. Technician did not show up for first appointment. He came the next day around 5:30. He clearly did not know how to do the install. Ask to borrow tools he did not have for the job. I could not understand how one person was to install this over the range microwave. Travis was sent to our home because of a service call with our home warranty. The chain on our ceiling fan had come out and we could no longer adjust the speed. He didn't even look at the fan, but told the service company that it was uncovered because of "abuse". We take great care of our appliances! Very disappointed in his service. And can't get hold of him because the number given to us by the Service Company doesn't work, and the number on his website is out of service as well. What a lack of professionalism!
