Understaffed and disorganized.
THIS IS THE WORST FACILITY IN NC!! Do not bring your loved ones here as patients and don't ever work for them! They will abuse you as employee and they will break the law. That's EXACTLY what they did to me. I worked for them as a CNA from 03/2023-05/2024 and the whole time I gave them 100% effort. The whole time they constantly looked for a reason to fire me. They constantly discriminated against my gender being a male. Multiple times they took me off schedule based on false aligations and didn't pay me. They even illegally... read more
My mother came to this rehab from the hospital due to an arm wound. She was previously in assisted living when she fell. The physical therapy at this “rehab” was non existent. Because she was a “fall risk” they couldn’t do physical therapy (why was she there??). They were so short staffed they couldn’t get my mother out of bed into a wheel chair or recliner. My mother’s arm wound got worse, as did her mobility. I eventually called ems after 10 days - to take her back to hospital, where they found out she was dehydrated, maln... read more
