RecommendedI’ve taken my mom on two different occasions to Swift Creek ER. Both times we had exceptional care from checking in to discharge. The staff is personable and knowledgeable. They listened patiently and asked several questions. We’d especially like to commend Dr. Joe Mason for his concern and compassion while diagnosing and delivering his care. Apparently Swift Creek ER thinks that writing a prescription for an antibiotic falls in the same category as being brought in via ambulance escorted by IV hookups, EMTs and near death and should be billed accordingly. Talk about an insurance scam. I was billed $150 copay then they billed my ins $1500 and I’m stuck paying an additional $250. All they did was write a prescription for the ear inf I told them she had. Never go here!!!
Had to make a visit today. The entire staff is so kind, efficient, thoughtful. 5 stars from me. I cannot say enough good things. We are so lucky to have this facility.
Was in and out ...
Went today Dec. 14, 2017. I went to my Doctor,and he sent me to an ER, so I went to Swiftcreek ER ( Chippenham/Johnston Willis )From the time I arrived the staff including registration, and the house cleaning personell were awesome. The Nurses were all great, and the Doctor could tell i was already nervous about what was going on. Had a CT scan, IVs, and unfortunately had to have insulin. I just want to say thank you to all of the staff!!!

Staff could not have been nicer. Very nice facility and highly recommend if you ever need help.
